There are four convenience stores foreseen on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, separate entrance and own parking space.
Entrance A:
Located in the eastern part of the building, consisting of vacation apartments.
Entrance B:
Located in the western part of the building - with direct access from the parking lot to the main street . Nothern and northeastern parts are planned for offices, while southern part for one residential apartment on each floor (which may be used as an office as well)
There is a foreseen ramp for vehicule access and communication with courtyard and pool. All stairs and elevators have acess to the basement. There is a service machinery area in the basement. Every floor has its own summer English yard planned to provide more daylight and ventilation. Each entrance is with its own exit, staircase and lift.
First floor: 3 apartments in entrance A; 2 offices and 1 apartment in entrance B.
Second floor: 5 apartments in entrance A, 2 offices nad 1 apartment in entrance B.
Third, fourth and fifth floors are identical to the second.

Fully residential, with 4 separate entrances, located on the ascending slope. There are 5 floors in total, each floor holding two apartments. There is at least one room in every apartment overlooking the sea.
Mansard floor is planned with ateliers with bathrooms and storage rooms.
Underground floor: basement cellars and storage rooms, rooms with WC for concierge and security guards.
Inner yard area: central location, with daylight, there is a swimming pool, sunbathing area and green zones giving the feeling of comfort to the whole complex. The parking lot is in the lowest part of the slope, under the swimming pool deck area.
Apartments:
Two type of apartments are planned: one-bedroom and two-bedroom. Apart from the bedroomevery apartment apartment comprises of: an entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, a living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area and a balcony . Two-bedroom apartments have second bathroom.
Construction:
Solid performance, reinforced concrete roof and supporting structure, roofing " Onduline ".The concrete construction is fully insulated and covered with plank wood under the roof.
Facade solutions:
Use of natural materials: stone cladding on the ground floor, colored mineral plaster, blue glazed window .
The complex is under construction, the foundation is laid , first two floors have been erected.
