Guesthouse ALEX was built in 1905 and is distinctive with its outstanding architecture. It is located in the central part of Bremerhaven, very near the town’s Administration – The Town Hall & Police Station, University & sopping centers. The building’s roof consists of two parts – sloped & flatted part. There are nine balconies on the back side of the Guesthouse – they are all totally tectonically changed.  
Guesthouse ALEX consists of 13 apartments as follows:

•	Apartment 1 - two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, back garden & bathroom; with the area of 64sq m – fully renovated & furnished;
